I’m sure we all know the importance of supplementation. But just in case your a little unsure in this department I am going to give you a list of some of the top supplements I recommend you take daily in conjunction with your Bikini Butt workouts.
These are some key supplements for weight loss and general health that everyone who is serious about their fitness goals should be incorporating today.
1# Protein –
Ladies, don’t let the commercials and advertisements fool you! Protein powder is just as appropriate for women as it is for men.
You need to think of protein in terms of what it really is…powdered protein. Just like our egg whites, skinless chicken breasts, salmon or tuna; it all serves the same purpose of getting healthy protein based food into our body.
High protein diets are almost always recommended for losing weight (and no it wont make you a muscle mutant).
Protein itself is very filling, studies have shown that it is the most filling macro nutrient over both carbohydrates (eek!) and fats. This makes it the hardest source of food to gain weight or over eat from.
